Accessing the Best Plan for Your Needs
During the admissions process, we will assess the appropriate next steps for patients entering our rehab center. For individuals experiencing an active withdrawal, we offer a non-hospital detox program which includes medication management and a monitoring of any existing medical conditions. Our experienced detox staff includes a medical director, physician’s assistant, registered nurse, and licensed practical nurses who are dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable detox experience. While on our detox unit, patients also have access to our clinical treatment program. Patients who are receiving detox services will initially be encouraged to rest and stay hydrated while they work to regain their physical strength. Gradually, patients will be encouraged to attend group meals and lectures as their withdrawal symptoms begin to dissipate.
During their time at Huntington Creek Recovery Center, patients will have full access to a clinical program designed to help them overcome addiction(s) and meet their recovery goals. Additionally, it is common for individuals struggling with substance abuse to also experience other mental health conditions at the same time. While we cannot accept patients with a primary mental health diagnosis, we are equipped to treat a variety of co-occurring mental health disorders if a patient is stabilized and has proven not to pose an imminent risk to him or herself or others. New patients undergo a thorough psychosocial evaluation as part of the admissions process, including a structured mental health assessment to determine the presence of any co-occurring disorders. Our addiction rehab center is experienced in treating a variety of co-occurring mental health conditions, including the following:
